I meant to post this a couple weeks ago, but work has just been so very crazy lately and I forgot.
For those of you who don’t know, Microsoft is hosting a Security Matters Summit this Thursday (April 13th) at Cobb Galleria here in Atlanta. I was invited to give the presentation on Microsoft’s Security Development Lifecycle (SDL). In the presentation we will look at why its so hard to add real security to software, what SDL is, and some metrics on it’s effectiveness.
What’s cool about the summit is that there are security topics for both the engineer and developer so your whole IT staff can attend. It’s not too late to register, so spread the word!
